Rossanos was always the vision and dream of Marcelo Rossano, and in the midst of the Covid pandemic he began the business. His career experience of restaurant management, business development and marketing was the perfect combination to bring this dream to life. Marcelo began doing curbside deliveries from his vintage pizza camper and the communities of Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Boynton Beach were transported to Napoli through the very humble beginnings of Rossanos in the middle of a global pandemic.
